Amazon Sales VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
• Monitor product health, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and account
• notifications
• Monitor stock replenishment, forecast inventory needs
• Respond to customer messages within required SLA Handle returns, refunds, and
• customer complaints
• Manage product reviews and request feedback appropriately
• Sales & Performance Optimization
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve organic ranking through listing optimization
• Support Amazon PPC campaign monitoring and reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports
• Managing ASIN catalogs, pricing updates, promotions, and deals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience working with Amazon Seller Central
