Job Description
This role sits at the heart of our Amazon operations. You'll work closely with our Client Success Manager to support day-to-day execution for Amazon clients, ensuring everything inside Seller Central runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.
The Job in a Nutshell:
You'll play an important role in supporting both our Clients and Client Managers While Customer Success Managers will focus on leading communication and strategy with our clients, you'll be in the weeds — managing Seller Central tasks, pulling & analysing performance data, and making sure every update, test, and report is presented right and on time.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Uploading and managing Amazon creatives (Images, A+ Content, Videos, Brand Story, Storefront)
- Troubleshooting Seller Central upload and compliance issues
- Setting up A/B Tests via Amazon Manage Experiments or running A/B tests manually
- Modifying or replacing creatives if experiments are rejected
