About Etail Hero

Etail Hero is a small Amazon agency that provides full service account management to corporate clients who sell products on Amazon. We help grow their Amazon sales with a combination of strategic advice, advertising management, conversion optimization, detailed reporting, and problem solving.

About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Support Specialist to help our clients succeed on Amazon through technical and tactical support. If you know Seller and/or Vendor Central inside and out, can troubleshoot account issues, and enjoy optimizing listings, this role is for you.

Availability

• Full-time only: Do not apply if you are seeking part time work.
• Required hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.
