What You'll Do

• Manage and update product listings in Amazon Seller Central
• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support
• Handle customer service inquiries, complaints, returns, and order issues
• Support order tracking, escalations, and resolutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English
• Ensure timely resolution of seller and customer issues
