Job Description

Role: Amazon Technical Coordinator 
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable)
Work Setup: Flexible — remote, hybrid, or office options available
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine Time 
Responsibilities: 
Conduct daily Amazon Seller Central health checks; troubleshoot listing errors, suppressions, and account issues 
Manage escalated support cases and perform product listing audits for technical compliance (SKUs, images, identifiers) 
Build and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns using Campaign Manager and data analysis 
Prepare and maintain bulk upload templates (CSV/XML) for listings and inventory updates 
Generate and analyze sales and ad performance reports using Excel (pivot tables, formulas) 
Develop and maintain SOPs; support automation and integration with third-party tools
