Amazon Vendor Central Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Amazon Vendor Central VA to help manage and support our Vendor Central account.

Requirements

Please apply ONLY if you have real, hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (not Seller Central only) and are confident in your English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Experience with Walmart Retailer One or Walmart Seller Center is a strong asset.

You should have experience with:

Managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts

Creating and managing purchase orders (POs)

Handling chargebacks, shortages, and disputes

Monitoring inventory, forecasts, and confirmations

Updating product listings, content, and images

Communicating with Amazon Vendor Support and distributors

Understanding basic retail metrics (sell-through, shortage claims, etc.)

Responsibilities

Daily Vendor Central account management

PO monitoring and confirmations
