Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on managing and executing the Business-as-Usual (BAU) recruitment operating model globally, ensuring process adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through data and tool management. Key responsibilities include supporting global BAU recruitment processes, maintaining recruitment standards, tracking Talent Attraction KPIs, supporting recruitment technology implementation, and collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors. Required skills encompass recruitment operations experience, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, project and change management, and advanced English communication, along with behavioral traits such as detail orientation, analytical mindset, clear communication, proactivity, and stakeholder management
