Ambulance Communication Center Manager

Position Overview
MedEx is hiring a Dispatch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 ambulance communications center. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and a focus on delivering high-quality service in both emergency and non-emergency situations.

The Dispatch Manager will:
+ Lead and supervise dispatch personnel
+ Coordinate emergent and inter-facility response activities
+ Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards
+ Foster strong communication across internal teams and with external partners
+ Continuously improve dispatch processes and service delivery
+ Report directly to the Communications Center Director
