Overview

Health Shared Services is seeking an Ambulatory, Clinical Informatics Lead (CIL) to join the Clinica Operations Informatics Office. We ensure digital tools like Connect Care support clinical workflows, enhance patient care, and align with provincial goals. We advocate for front-line clinicians and guide them through technology adoption using effective communication and change management strategies. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Readiness (CORe) Lead, the CIL plays a key role in integrating clinical knowledge with digital systems to enable safe, effective, and patient-centered care. This role supports healthcare transformation through innovation and data-driven decision making, contributing to Alberta’s vision of a digitally enabled health system.
