Location: Saba3 Tower – Residential Building, 36 floors consisting of 347 units and 14 retail shops

Scope of Work: Annual Maintenance Inspections of MEP items on the building and its systems. After each inspection, a report will be submitted confirming the status of the maintenance of each equipment and system.

PPM Frequency: 3x a year

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029

Submission Requirements:

• Specify VAT
• Softcopy submission only
