Key Responsibilities

Process Safety Management (PSM)


Implement and sustain Process Safety Management (PSM) systems across manufacturing facilities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and global process safety standards.
Develop and review process safety procedures, standards, and guidelines.


Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment


Lead HAZOP, HAZID, What-If Analysis, LOPA, and other risk assessment studies.
Identify process hazards and recommend risk mitigation measures.
Monitor closure of action items arising from safety studies and audits.


Incident Investigation


Conduct investigations of process safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Share learnings and best practices across sites.
