Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI): 
Drive on time publication of Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) deliverables thru NPI Phase 1 to 6 and establish initial Riskassessment on new product Manufacturability, track progress and updates thru all NPI phases in collaboration with Advanced Technology leaders for any new technology introduction (module + lead application)
Support NPI teams and Engineering to capture new technologies in NPI Ph1-6 and consolidate requirements
Attend first prototype build events and report manufacturing roadblocks and opportunities for product design improvements
Attend Phase Exits and Manufacturing Readiness Reviews with Product Engineering and Product Assurance
Drive Make analysis, summarize Manufacturing Plans (process flow, kpis) & consolidate Capex need (Equipments, toolings)
Drive initial creation of Generic Process FMEA, evaluate risks and define action plan to ...
