**What you'll do**:- Establish strategies for compliance with the Policy Deployment at the AMT and AMG level and ensure compliance with the tactics by reviewing it biweekly, as well as carrying out, reviewing and analyzing the indicators (OPI's) to identify problems and work with the management team.
- Manage, support and inform the AMG team corresponding SQDCM status, as well as additional information on events, visits, audits, etc.- Lead, monitor and ensure the established actions of the AMG multidisciplinary team, arising in daily meetings to eradicate source failure.
- Ensure the scope of the metrics (Security, quality, LMPU, Productivity, scrap) and the well-being of the work team.
