Valard Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator based in Amherst, NS for the Wasoqonatl Transmission Line project. Contribute to vital electrical infrastructure work while providing extensive administrative support.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will facilitate smooth operations through record management, communications, and coordination of logistics. This position demands strong organization and collaborative skills to support field construction teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain project documentation in accordance with filing systems
• Oversee safety sign-ins and visitor logs on site
• Assist with creating meeting materials and correspondence
• Process vendor invoices and manage purchase orders
• Audit timesheets for compliance and accuracy
