Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOP and perform regular AMHS H/W preventive maintenance.
• Work with vendor as automation on duty help desk for system abnormal recovery & trouble shooting.
• Monitor daily system & tool performance and regular report update.
• Automation project support
  

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:  

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, ITE, Poly in Mechanical/Electric Engineering fields or equivalent
• Prefer to have AMHS experience...
