AML Quality Assurance Manager

Purpose

Manager, Testing and Oversight – International Banking (IB) (“Manager”) is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Testing and Oversight – IB (“Senior Manager”) in the planning and execution of independent challenge as it relates to the design and operating effectiveness of the AML/ATF and Sanctions Program for Program for the assessable units operating within the International Banking (“IB”) footprint.

The Testing and Oversight – team is responsible for conducting quality assurance activities against regulatory, Internal Audit, and Management Self-Identified issues; as well as executing second-line testing to ensure adherence to Bank policies and applicable regulatory requirements, particularly those related to client on-boarding and enhanced due diligence, name screening, unusual and suspicious activity monitoring, reporting, etc.
