The Souled Store is growing fast - 60+ stores across India and now going global. We’re looking for a Retail Marketing who can turn campaigns into on-ground impact and drive revenue across our retail network. What You’ll Do
Execute retail marketing campaigns across 60+ stores pan India
Work closely with VM and store teams to bring campaigns to life on-ground
Work with other marketing functions like social media, paid media etc. to amplify retail
Ensure strong in-store visibility, communication, and brand consistency
Drive footfall, conversions, and store-level revenue through tactical marketing initiatives
Coordinate with central marketing for campaign rollouts, POSM, launches, and activations
Track campaign performance and optimize based on store feedback and sales data
Support store openings and expansion into new markets, including global launches
