POSITION: Customer Service Executive
LOCATION: Ara Damansara

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: RM2,000
• Commission: Up to RM300
• Fixed working hours (No night shift)

WORKING HOURS

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend & Public Holiday OFF

JOB SCOPE

• Handle customer inquiries via Phone / Email / Chat
• Assist Malaysia-based customers
• No hardcore sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM
• Good communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Training provided

TRAINING

• 2 weeks paid training provided

CUSTOMER BASE

• Malaysia customers only
