Job Description
Take charge of electrical maintenance at Amrize as a Coordinator. Lead initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and train maintenance teams within a safe environment.
In this role, you will ensure all electrical maintenance tasks are completed with precision and safety in mind. You will be pivotal in implementing maintenance programs and managing shutdowns while improving overall equipment availability. Collaborating with multiple departments, you’ll enhance asset value and initiate training programs to elevate the electrical maintenance team’s skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement maintenance programs for installations
• Oversee execution of daily maintenance and shutdowns
• Propose optimal stock levels for spare parts
• Analyze and minimize downtime through corrective actions
• Ensure high-quality work from electricians and contractors
