1) Incident and Request Management (AMS)


  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents related to SAP CAR, ensuring operational stability of retail processes.

  • Handle incidents and service requests involving POSDTA, TLOG loading and reprocessing, sales, inventory, and data reconciliation processes.
