Overview

Senior Consultant with knowledge on OIC & VBCS to provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements for OIC and VBCS solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, manage defect fixes and implement functional and technical improvements to existing integrations and applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues in OIC and VBCS integrations and applications.
• Manage defect fixes and implement functional and technical improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutions.
• Monitor integrations and manage fault handling and resolution in a timely manner.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure long-term resolution.
• Deploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.
