Job Description

Assist the APD Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving departmental targets.
Lead and coordinate product development initiatives for agency and partnership channels, including market research, product design, and launch.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Training, Compliance, Underwriting) to ensure successful product rollout and adoption.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new product development.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents and partners, with emphasis on product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in product development and distribution.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, including product performance and feedback.
Lead or participate in special projects to enhance APD effectiveness and product innovation.
