About the Role
Specialist anaesthetists also provide comprehensive services in acute pain, birthing, MRI, Pre Assessment Clinic, respond to trauma calls, and provide clinical management of a robust Intensive Care Unit (7 beds).
The Anaesthetic Service provides elective day stay services and a Pre-Admission clinic in Taupo Hospital on a weekly basis.
About the Team/Service/Location
Rotorua is a busy district hospital covering a wide range of regional hospital specialties.
Surgical Services runs one acute and 4 elective theatres a day.
You’ll be joining a team of anaesthetists that provide high quality care and are progressive.
