Analista Contable Senior (Santiago)

Position Summary

Incumbents in this job family have responsibilities encompassing one or more areas of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Billing.

• Process receivables, ensuring timely and accurate charge entries and preparing deposits
• Maintain accounts and records in various accounting functions
• Collect and analyze financial data and prepare reports and recommendations
• Review, verify and approve transactions and journal entries
• Prepare income and balance sheet, profit and loss, consolidated and other accounting statements
• Code, enter and prepare invoices, and respond to customer and vendor inquiries
• Review invoices and ensure proper approvals
• Record, enter and pay invoices
• Analyze account performance, make recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigate bankruptcy claims
