Experience and requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter and/or HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, to create compelling dashboards and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data.
