Job Description
**The Role**
The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring product and process conformity through inspections, statistical analysis, random sampling, and timely response to internal and external complaints. This role ensures compliance with quality management systems such as **IATF 16949** , supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to reducing internal scrap, returns, and process variation.
**Objective / Mission**
To ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards by monitoring indicators, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
