Job Description
**Responsibilities**- Evaluate user needs, identify technical problems, and escalate complex issues as needed- Deploy new or refreshed desktops/laptops and assist users with post-install configurations- Provide support for software installations, system updates, network issues, and peripheral equipment- Create and update technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless incident resolution and system maintenance- Participate in cross-training with other technical teams to develop specialized skillsets- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolutions**Required Qualifications**- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools- Experience with Active Directory (user creation, permissions management)- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or s...
