+ Executes small to medium projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints, potentially reusing existing solutions for faster development, managing a specific sub-section of a larger project to ensure alignment with overall goals, or leading small to medium projects on existing products (medical devices) in the portfolio.

+ Leads design change efforts actively, and establishes influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating effective working connections, working under general supervision.

+ Provides and implements design projects within agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, and staffing, managing a cross functional project team.
