What you will do
Digital applications have driven the evolution of CMOS technologies and, generation after generation, scaling has provided benefits in terms of power-performance-area-cost (PPAC). Various innovations have enabled scaling down to the sub-2nm era: advanced lithography with HNA EUV, 3D device architectures with Complementary-FET, advanced interconnect with backside metallization schemes, etc. While primarily developed for logic applications, these technologies will be used for the design of the analog infrastructure present in processors and SoCs, . thermal sensors, clock generation, high-speed I/O.
