**Key Skills & Experience (Fresh Graduate Level)**

**Education**

+ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
+ Any internship or practical training experience in accounting, finance, or shared services will be an advantage.

**Technical Skills and Knowledge**

+ Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
