Analyst- APAC Workforce Data Analytics

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering workforce data analytics, supporting and enhancing Workday usage across Asia, and driving continuous improvement of global HR-related systems, including ServiceNow, Visier, and AI-enabled solutions rolled out globally.
The role acts as a regional bridge between Global HR Technology, Regional HR stakeholders, and end users, ensuring data-driven decision-making, system adoption, system enhancement, operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Data Analytics & Insights
Lead and prepare workforce data analytics for the Asia region, delivering actionable dashboard/insights on headcount, headcount movement, attrition, hiring, productivity, and HC forecast.
Support regional and global workforce planning and scenario analysis using data-driven methodologies such as position management and monthly HC data forecast process.
