Analyst, Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Work with internal partners to maximize returns and enhance asset value by identifying revenue improvement and/or expense management opportunities through analysis of operating results, key leasing transactions, and capital expenditures.
• Lead a collaborative effort with internal and external stakeholders to develop, update, and maintain the Asset Management Plans on an annual basis and develop tools to track performance against plans.
• Provide analytical support and input in the preparation of recurring portfolio and property‑level reporting, annual operating and capital budgets, as well as quarterly reforecasts.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly Asset Management and Property Management reports and financial results including leasing analysis, variance analysis, return calculations, and benchmark comparisons.
