SUMMARY
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Real Estate Asia ex. Japan and other team members in real estate financing opportunities via working on transaction-related work, preparing credit applications, performing portfolio reviews, and drafting marketing materials, etc.
 
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis/ modelling and other associated work (such as KYC, etc.) to facilitate transaction pitching, assessment and execution
