Job Description
Acts as a focal point for communicating related system issues within the department and collaborates with other business teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
To work closely with stakeholders to provide business application support and issue resolution within given SLAs.
To work with vendor and department stakeholders on development, ensuring requirements are correctly captured.
To be part of cross team project implementation.
Maintains a good understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives.
Ad‑hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in work related to IT delivery.
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Experience in fast paced FMCG environment an added advantage.
Experience in work with virtual and dispersed project or service teams.
