As the Analyst, Configuration Management, you will lead the efficient design, accuracy, quality and security of the configuration management database (CMDB), and oversees the end-to-end sustainment process of configuration data within the CMDB.

**Location:** You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

**Reporting Relationship** : You will report to the Senior Manager, IT Service Management.

**Posting Type:** Replacement Position.

**Salary Range:** The expected base salary range for this role is $85,001 - $119,002.
