Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the GBS in Colombia and the countries we support globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Provide business intelligence support through standardized and ad‑hoc reporting to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, queries, and audit trails to ensure operational integrity and compliance with data governance standards.
