Job Description
The Analyst, E-Commerce Fraud Strategy reports to the Manager, E-Commerce Fraud Strategy within the Credit Management and Bank Operations (CMBO) division of Canadian Tire Bank. The eCommerce Fraud Strategy unit is dedicated solely to fraud management of select eCommerce banners, including CanadianTire.ca.
As an E-Commerce Fraud Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to improve our E-Commerce fraud risk posture by supporting process improvements, training, and fraudulent order detection. Working closely with internal teams including customer service, business, product development, and investigations, you will attain a rare wide-angle view of the customer fraud journey.
