**About The Role**
Join a top-ranked brokerage firm recognized as an industry leader. We’re looking for a Benefits Analyst to support our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice. In this fast-paced, client-focused role, you’ll partner with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and insights across the full lifecycle of employee benefits plans.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to service and retain benefits clients
+ Prepare reports for new business, renewals, and plan updates
+ Conduct marketing, including preparing specs, reviewing quotes, and recommending solutions
+ Analyze data to develop quarterly experience reports and renewal projections
+ Maintain and update client files in our broker management system (e.g., EPIC)
+ Support clients via phone or in person with benefit inquiries and complex claims
