Job Description

                    Analyst, End User Services Engineer, Infrastructure, T&O-(WD76635)Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
Familiar with Windows client OS/Software installation and troubleshooting
Familiar with O365 (M365) troubleshooting, including mobile service.
Hardware/Software EOS management
Familiar with Excel VBA/Formula, Powershell script or Python is preferred.
Windows Server maintenance, including EUS services (Printer/SCCM)
Good communication skill
