About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. You will review architectural plans, perform accurate takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, maintaining organized documentation, and supporting operational tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in estimating.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications, focusing on windows and doors.
Perform precise material takeoffs including sizes, quantities, and configurations.
Use manufacturer software for detailed cost estimating.
Prepare and submit competitive bids for residential and commercial projects.
