What will you do?
Responsabilities:
The Analyst, External Workforce Management, contributes to external workforce contracts execution and invoice management, and/or pool management activities, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The role includes reviewing/validating contract, time reporting periods, commercials, funding sources and processing contract. In addition, this role may also manage the invoice receipt, verification, preparation of data from time reporting and Contract Management systems, validation, approval lifecycle and tracking to payment, and/or pool management activi...
