Our Finance team serves as a critical partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting and tax.
**What will I be doing?
**
As Tax Analyst you would be manage all operational tax duties of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintaining accurate control environments.
Specifically, you would perform the following duties:
- Calculate monthly Federal operational taxes
- Calculate monthly State operational taxes
- Mexican tax filing
- Accounting records ensuring tax transactions are recorded in Hotels' financial systems
- Ensure revenue reconciliations are accurate
- Calculate local and foreign tax withholdings
- Electronic invoicing controls
- Tax accounts reconciliations
- Reporting to Tax Supervisor
