DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with various business units in the planning and execution of annual property-wide budgets.
• Provide analytic reports in measuring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and comparing against standards and benchmarks.
• Execute regular ad-hoc analyses and presentations requested by the Board of Directors and other top leaders.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate production of the daily President’s Report (P&L statement).
• Perform month-end reconciliation reports and investigate variances against audited data.
