Position at a Glance: The Manufacturing Labor SME – GBS will join our Supply Chain Finance team in Mexico City as part of our Global Capability Center. This role will support and work directly with our local plant controllers who are based in our factories in North America. The key responsibilities include analyzing labor costs and productivity, ensuring financial and labor compliance, advising on workforce planning and developing financial strategy to support financial reports and analysis (including closing, budgeting and helping to drive plant labor productivity).
