Role Summary

We are currently hiring an Analyst to join the Growth Equity team in Toronto. The Growth Equity mandate is to generate strong returns for CPP Investments through fund commitments and GP‑aligned direct co‑investments alongside leading venture capital and growth equity managers across North America and Europe.

Accountabilities

• Support the evaluation, execution, and management of fund investments and direct co‑investments.
• Conduct market, industry, company, and fund research to identify investment opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Build financial models, assess investment returns, and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support investment decisions.
• Participate in investment due diligence, including management meetings, reference calls, and engagement with fund managers and industry participants.
