Analyst – Spain Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets

Permanent, full‑time position based in Paseo de la Castellana 79, Madrid with Spain/EMEA travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, reviewing and directly supporting the preparation of high‑quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor information memorandums, and other transaction‑related marketing documents.
• Participating in all parts of transaction processes.
• Developing financial models that evaluate the effects of different strategic alternatives under various capital structure scenarios.
• Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities.
• Working seamlessly with the wider EMEA team to deliver pan‑EMEA portfolio transactions alongside Spain transactions.
• Undertaking hotel viewings with hotel investors.
