Purpose of Job

The Analyst, Human Capital & Skills – Energy, is a member of Gender and Economic Inclusion (G&EI) which consists of three pillars (Access to Skills and Employment, Access to Finance and Entrepreneurship, and Access to Services). (S)he supports the work of specialists by providing technical input into the design and structuring of the transition impact or gender additionality of projects and sector assessments of G&EI issues.
