Analyst I Software Asset Management

Job Title: Analyst I – Software Asset Management (SAM) Job Summary-
The Analyst I – Software Asset Management (SAM) is responsible for providing operational support and administrative assistance to the LNRSG Software Asset Management team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records and databases related to software licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
This position works closely with the LNRSG SAM team, local SAM Analysts, Category Managers, and the Manila Entitlements Team to ensure accurate tracking of software assets and compliance with supplier licensing terms.
The primary objective of this role is to support software license compliance, entitlement tracking, and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve SAM processes and operational efficiency.
Note:
This role will not directly enter software entitlements (except in exceptional cases).
The role will serve as a liaison between LNRSG and the Manila Entitlements Team.
