Responsibilities
In consultation with Business Development Team, prepare quotations for clients in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare tenders, service level agreements and standard operating procedures for new or existing World Courier clients to ensure robust expectations are set and practices established to guide future partnership activities.
Manage all lead generation activities provided by internal World Courier teams with a view to securing future business for the organization.
Track and report on overall Business Development KPIs.
