Job Overview

The MES Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the MES within the manufacturing environment. This role will provide PLC and application support and resolve system-related issues across multiple shop floor technologies, including MES, SPC, SQL, and PLC integrations. The primary focus of this role is to improve product quality, yield, equipment efficiency, and overall machine integration.


Job Responsibilities


+ Provide support for shop floor systems and data integration to and from these systems

+ Continue to expand understanding of manufacturing processes and apply this knowledge to existing and new systems solutions

+ Develop, implement, and support automation systems including distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and SCADA systems to the manufacturing processes
